We want you to be confident in your subscription. Here is exactly how our billing and refund process works.
All new futrades subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period:
After the free trial, futrades subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. The billing date is set at the end of your trial period and renews on the same calendar date each month or year thereafter.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund of your most recent monthly charge within 7 days of that charge being processed. Only one refund per account will be issued under this policy. After the 7-day window, charges are non-refundable.
Annual subscriptions may be refunded in full within 14 days of the initial annual charge. After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription.
If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the difference is charged immediately on a prorated basis. If you downgrade, the new lower price takes effect at your next billing renewal. No refunds are issued for downgrades.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — we can typically resolve billing concerns faster than a chargeback process.
In the event of a significant service outage lasting more than 24 continuous hours, we may, at our discretion, offer account credits or extended subscription time. Outage credits are not guaranteed and are not a substitute for a refund.
futrades reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to subscriptions initiated after the effective date of the change. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes by email with 14 days' advance notice.
