By accessing or using the futrades platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and futrades Inc. ("futrades," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, United States.
futrades provides a technical trading indicator subscription service that overlays buy and sell signals on your existing trading charts. The Service includes:
futrades is a technical analysis tool only. We do not execute trades on your behalf, manage your funds, or act as a broker, dealer, or registered investment advisor.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
futrades offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($20/month), Pro ($49/month), and Elite ($99/month). Annual billing options are available at a discounted rate.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize futrades to charge your payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.
futrades reserves the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@futrades.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued unless required by applicable law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.

The signals, indicators, and content provided by futrades are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. futrades is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
All trading and investment decisions are made solely by you. You are solely responsible for your trading results. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors.
All content, code, scripts, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials associated with the Service are the exclusive property of futrades Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, futrades and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
futrades' total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to futrades in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. futrades does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless futrades and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
futrades reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English in the State of Delaware.
futrades may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
